| Heather was a remarkable young woman. She lived a short life but was very dedicated to those she loved and things that she believed in. She was diagnosised with Cystic Fibrosis when she was 6 months old. She also suffered with Scoliosis and Diabetis! She was a bright and postive person who loved life to the best of her ability She loved speaking for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and sharing her story with others. Heather went on to meet the man of her dreams and was married in March of 1997 In October of 1999, Heather was called with the news that she had been accepted for a lung transplant! Her husband, Mike and father, Bruce each donated a portion their lungs to save Heather's life! Heather lived an additional 2 years and 1 month. We thank our Heavenly Father daily for the gift of those two years and we know that one day we will be together again! |

As I awake from my dreamlike world I am forced to face reality. In years from now your memories and thoughts Are all that will be left of me. I've gone to a better place All aound there is harmony. It's hard to believe but these are the facts. This is the way it must be. My battle I will conquer. My pain will be gone and the reasons will be easy to see. A life full of trials in exchange For the beautiful heavens. Oh, I've only paid a small fee. If we follow His ways and be strong. In the end we will live together - For Eternity. |
