Ivan Daines I've been singing on Ivan's stage since I was 6 years old, it was on his stage where I picked up the 'performing bug'. The picknic has hosted most of the Canadian greats along with many American greats. The regulars that attend that picknic are still in the process of watching me grow. They watched me when I was missing my two front teeth, then saw me struggle through my cracking voice change (and still clapped and cheered for me!) and this coming year I'll be able to announce a record deal and hopefully a CD. Ivan has encouraged me to work for my dreams like he does all other performers. He's helped many artists get started and in my opinion isn't thanked enough for his huge contribution to Canadian Country Music.
