Steve Sherman

My first band teacher. He has a heart of gold and is tough as nails at the same time. If you work hard you will succeed in his classes. He's passionate about his music, it runs through his veins. He's chosen to use his talent to teach, I'm very thankful for that because his talent is on a grand scale. He really doesn't know how much he's taught me, and it's not only the drums. I've probably learned more from him musically than just about anyone, other than mom. Because of him alone, I can read and write studio music. I often think of him with thanks when I'm arranging music.
